Routine 1: If you are working just try to get to your work place by a bicycle, if it is impossible then if you are commuting by car then park your car to the farthest corner so that you could at least get some distance to cover by foot. Routine 6: Eat meals according to your work load. For instance when you are starting a hectic day fully loaded with heavy work then have your breakfast rich in energy as it can supplement your work. Also reduce your food level when the work load is not too high. For example at night time have a lighter dinner if you are going to sleep after it so that no extra calories is accumulated in your body so plan your diet base on your work load. Routine 7: Drink lots of water as it helps in flushing away unwanted fat. Moreover drink lots of water when you are going to bed and when you raise from your bed. Water is given lot of importance because it acts as a catalyst in dissolving soluble fat from your body and helps in maintaining a fatless belly.
